v  Where your information is stored

As a micro business, we operate on a very small scale and your information is therefore only stored in the following ways:

·         On an Excel spreadsheet that contains your information so we can return to your premises with an accurate idea of how many items you have that require testing, the frequency for your testing and contact details. This is password protected, under the sole control of the 2 company directors.

·         On our web based CRM, that is outsourced, with access to only the 2 company directors and our long term freelance telesales representative. This is also password protected.

·         Your name, phone number and in some cases, company address and email are saved to the company phone. This is also password protected and any and all emails, texts and voicemails received are deleted from the phone daily.

·         On our website, so we can allow for you to log in to the Members area and access your reports. This information is only accessible by the 2 company directors and anyone who has access to your email address and the password that we supply to you when we email you your Report, Invoice and Certificate.

 

v  Passwords

Where we have supplied you with (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access the Members area of our website, we would request that you are responsible with the password and for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

 

v  Disclosure of your information

We would only disclose any information we hold if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Luna Testing Ltd, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

 

v  How long will we store your information for

Unless you request for your Reports, Invoices and Certificates to be deleted, we will keep them for 7 years, so you access to them at any time, on request, until we remove them from our storage.
If you decide not to use Luna Testing Ltd as your service supplier, unless you request for your information to be deleted, we may keep your contact details and relevant testing information for up to three years, as clients have returned to us in the past and this enables us to be able to schedule accurately.

 

v  Access to information

Please contact us with regards to any information you would like to verify, access, amend or delete entirely.
Any requests will be carried out within 28 days from the day we receive your request.
Our commitment is to be as transparent and accountable with your information as possible.
