Unfortunately, there may be charges incurred if we are unable to test for the following reasons.
Please note all charges are ex vat.

Late Cancellation of appointment (less than 24 hours) £40

Admin charge. Cancellation of the appointment once it has been confirmed and scheduled with Risk Assessments £15

Waiting time: We reserve the right to charge a half hourly rate of £8 per operative if for reasons outside our control we are:

1. Unable to commence testing within 30 minutes of arriving at your premises at the agreed time.

2. The testing process is delayed by at least 30 minutes or an accumulative amount of time exceeding an hour at any time thereafter.
These terms and conditions will be supplied with all official correspondence sent by Luna Testing Ltd to the client prior to the commencement of the testing.
